‘No slip-up is unpardonable’

MINISTER for Information, Youth, Culture and Sports Emmanuel Nchimbi (left), addresses a press conference in Dar es Salaam on Tuesday after he managed to resolve the long raging conflict between the Management of Clouds FM and Mbeya Urban Member of Parliament (CHADEMA) Joseph Mbilinyi alias ‘Mr Sugu’. Both parties expressed their commitments to life and peace and promised to work together to reconcile, heal and re-unite local artists, who were torn apart by the feud. Minister Nchimbi lauded them for their courage to reconcile. He said the two sets now have the shared hope of a new beginning. ‘Mr Sugu’ (centre) and Ruge Mutahaba (right), promised that both sides will embrace it, firm in the belief that enmity between people does not, and cannot, last forever.
