Boziana to grace Banker’s Gala

BOZI Boziana, the most successful guitarist, singer and band leader from the Democratic Republic of Congo, now based in France, will grace the Banker’s night Gala scheduled for Friday, 25th May, 2012 to be held at the Mount Meru Hotel in Arusha.
According to Arusha Times the event is organised by Doric Group EA Ltd. The organisers said another famous artist DJ Jeff from the Ivory Coast with the flagship song known as Allergy, will also be one of the main entertainers of the Gala that kicks off at 7:00pm.
The Banker’s Gala, aimed at rewarding and recognizing professionals working in the financial sector was launched in 2011 in Uganda, Kenya and Kigali and rolled out to Tanzania in 2012.
About 60 per cent of attendees of the Gala will be drawn from the finance sector which includes commercial and investment banks, holdings, insurance, microfinance institutions, Islamic finance, stock exchange and Investment funds, Government institutions and a medley of others form the rest of the attendees.
Attendees, say the organizers, will meet and mingle with key representatives from Tanzania’s banking and finance community. The key speaker for the Gala will be ESAMI’s Director General, Prof Bonard Mwape.
