THE exercise to pick and return nomination forms ahead of Tanzania Football Federation (TFF) general election slated for August 12th, this year, started with a thrust as a number of heavyweights turned up yesterday.

As the polls exercise commenced with a bang, some of the incumbent members of the federation’s Executive Committee - Ahmed Mgoyi and Wilfred Kidau have said that they will not vie for any post.
In another development, the TFF has unveiled that the nomination forms can be accessed via the federation website, www.tff. or.tz so as to make the exercise of picking nomination forms much easier to those who wish to vie for various posts in the election.
The nomination forms are available at 500,000/-; 300,000/and 200,000/- for the president, vice-president and Executive Committee posts respectively.
