Eligible citizens are allowed to participate equally in the proposal, development and creation of laws. Imagine 44 million souls in Tanzania participating freely and equally what they want and how they want it.

WHAT does it mean to be British? It could include love for certain foods like fish and chips or lamb chops. Brits love cricket, polo, rugby and soccer fanatically and can sit through five hours of one tennis match or a cricket match that lasts three days.
