Three BancABC customers walked away with different prizes in the Wekaweka promotion draw held in Dar es Salaam on Thursday.
The Head of Retail Banking and SME’s, Mrs Ruth Makombe, said that the promotion which started in November last year aimed at helping their customers realize their dreams through saving, with the prospects of winning prizes. She said the customers had an option to open either Jipange or Fixed deposit accounts where they could access loans of up to 80 percent of their deposit value.
“Today, we have come to the end of our promotion but the Wekaweka products are still on and our customers can still reap the benefits,” she said.
The first winner was Ntije Nkolante (49), a civil engeneer, who won a return ticket to one of the middle/far East Countries, the second was Rahim Dossa (37) a businessman who won a motor bike and Edith Rwechungura who walked away with a generator!
