ZAIN Telecommunication Company today launched low internet services at the cost of 4,500/- per month, with the objective to provide internet services to all section of people with different income, especially low income earners.
Zain marketing manager, Mr Constantine Magavilla, said in Dar es Salaam today that the services would be sold at different bundles, depending on customers, whereby the cheapest bundle of 25 MB would be sold at 4,500/-.
“The aim is to make internet services accessible to all people and this is due to our customers’ right of being informed, entertained and get in touch with friends and their colleagues through the easiest way of using mobile internet,” Magavilla said.
He said Zain mobile internet service which is now available in all regions in the country and in 24 countries in Africa and Middle East, will enable business people of all classes to communicate and to exchange ideas on businesses.
Mr Magavilla said the service would be most useful to business people, who can easier get market information world-wide.
They can also make the orders of products and services. “Zain offers the widest internet coverage in Tanzania and we would like our customers to enjoy our services and experience the things that make their lives really wonderful,” he said.
In understanding the different needs of their customers, Zain have put different bundles of internet services which starts from 25MB,100MB, 250MB and 500 MB and which will be sold at affordable price.
“This service is for all postpaid and pay as you go customers, who will have the chance to choose any bundle and the price will be cheap as they choose the large bundle,” Magavilla said.
He added that the bundles could be used at the mobile handset that is data enabled or can also be used in the computers through modems.
